Local Music SHOW – Josh Allen!!!

Josh Allen – got his start as a singer/songwriter, strumming an acoustic guitar. He spent much of the last two decades living and playing around Austin, TX, with his Whisky Brothers Band. He is yet another of Brattleboro’s recent transplants from that very musical city, having made the move about 2 years ago. His influences include Mississippi John Hurt, Townes Van Zandt, Bob Dylan, and Tom Waits, and his music – half poetry, and half blues – is gritty and soulful.
