Local Music Show – Hatfield/Pastuhov/Sock!!!
November 26 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
About this particular show: Welcome back, Sage!!! He had run off to the west coast, for a while, to pursue his musical studies, but now he’s back, and we are beyond-thrilled about it! Our amazing local music scene just got that much better!
And on a personal note – I am so please to be sharing the stage with, and offering up a few of my own tunes in the shadow of these two great performers, for this – our inaugural, and extended(!), Tuesday night show. Aside from being a couple of our local music scene’s absolutely MASSIVE talents, I have always considered both of these lovely souls to be among the first people who really ‘bought into’ this concept of the Local Music Showcase, and I will always be grateful to them for helping me get it off the ground.
Please join us for an evening of really great music. – b.r.s
Alexis Pastuhov has been writing and performing original music for nearly 20 years. From Portland, ME to Denver, CO, to NYC, Pastuhov has shared his unique brand of indie-folk on stages large and small. Drawing on influences that range from Elliott Smith to Sam Cooke, Pastuhov has independently released 2 full length albums, 2 EPs, as well as a 2017 album release under the moniker Bad Galaxy. Currently residing in southern Vermont, Pastuhov’s latest release titled ‘New Mirror’ is now available on all streaming platforms.
Sage Hatfield is a Vermont based multi-instrumentalist, producer, and singer-songwriter. After making his debut release through Vermont label Oak Honest Records in 2022 and performing all over New England, he eventually made his way from coast to coast, ending up in the Seattle/Portland music circuit for a time. In the wake of his latest release, “Postcards From New England”, Sage has recently found his way back home again
Blending elements from a wide range of influences, Hatfield’s music teeters somewhat uncomfortably somewhere between indie folk, acoustic alternative, and folk pop umbrellas. Find his music on your preferred platform under ‘Sage Hatfield’, and feel free to connect. Socials: @sage.hatfield
b.robert.sock is the now (ta da!), newly unveiled pen- and performance-name of Donald McCullough, who is…if not exactly the ‘brains’, then at least the ‘indomitable spirit’, behind the Local Music Showcase. The moniker is a nickname, given to him by, and used in homage to, his dad, who passed away more than 10 years ago. b.r.s is a Bratt-based writer, musician, singer-songwriter, amateur philosopher, and part-time existential handyman, fascinated by all-things-creative, and otherwise having a ball experiencing, and hopefully serving, this incredible, local music community.
