Local Music SHOW – Derek O’Kanos!!!

It’s been a full year since Derek O’Kanos has performed for us. He’s been on a self-imposed hiatus from the music scene – taking a needed break from the grind involved in being an itinerant performer. However, he’s taking a break from that hiatus, to play a show for his home town, and it’s ALWAYS a treat to enjoy one of his shows! Whether he’s playing originals or covers, his music is authentic and familiar; reminiscent of the seekers and searchers who came before him. He always bring fantastic and infectious energy to his shows. He’s released two EP’s to date, On the Sleeve (2021) and Spoken Roads (2022), both drenched in powerpop, folkrock, and alternative vibes. This going to be an awesome and intimate, solo show, from this multi-talented, multi-faceted performer.
