Food Menu
Appetizer
Spanakopita – a Greek classic, Spanakopita is a wonderful, savory pastry, made with layers of crispy, buttery phyllo dough, filled with spinach, onion, garlic, and feta cheese.
Salad
Classic Greek – Crisp romaine, vine-ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, peppers, olives, pepperoncini, and crumbled feta, tossed in our homemade, lemon and red wine vinaigrette
Entree, your choice of
Lamb Stew (Stifado) – a rich and savory stew of lamb, tomato, onion, garlic, okra, red wine, and herbs, served over Mediterranean-style orzo
OR
Chicken Souvlaki – Tender, white meat chicken, marinated in olive oil, garlic, and herbs, skewered and grilled, served with creamy tzatziki, Greek-style green beans (fasolakia), and orzo
Dessert
Melopita – ‘honey pie’, a regional specialty of Sifnos, one of the more beautiful of the Greek islands, it will remind you of a particularly light and creamy cheesecake, with just the right amount of ‘sweet’ to end this amazing meal!
Music Menu
Ayla Varol Clark – is music therapist, educator, consultant, musician, composer, and “Qanun” instrument player. This instrument is a type of large zither, that has 75 strings. She plays music represented by various Mediterranean traditions.
Midnight Betty & Friends – Rollicking, joyous tunes and almost-unbelievable harmonies, Midnight Betty always lights up the room! They’ll be joined by some of their musical friends, guaranteeing a night full of fine food, great fun and fantastic music.
The cost is $40 per person. The event is BYOB. Scan the code in the image above to pay for your tickets.

This event is a fundraiser, benefiting The Green@Centre (the community space in front of the Centre Congregational Church), and the Local Music Showcase.
The event will happen inside the Centre Congregational Church, 193 Main St., Brattleboro , at 6pm, on Saturday, October 21st.
