SUMMARY:Poetry Slam!
DESCRIPTION:As this is the first event of this type that the Local Music Showcase is hosting\, this one will be non-competitive. We’re going to do everything in our power to make sure it does get a little raucous\, though! \nIf you write poetry\, and would like to perform some of your work at this event\, please contact us by email\, at lmsbratt@gmail.com\, or call/text\, 802-380-3101. Spots will be limited\, so don’t delay. \nWe’re hoping to have about 10 performers – we currently have more than half of those spaces filled. Poems can be original works\, or works by favorite poets. Each performer will get up to 15 minutes performance time\, up to 3 poems\, performed in 3 rounds.
